Et al Solutions LLC Trust Center

Trust, security, and operational information.

This Trust Center describes the current practices of Et al Solutions LLC concerning data protection, payment processing, security controls, service providers, availability, support, and product operations. Applicable agreements and published policies remain authoritative.

Company responsibility

One company owns the obligation.

Et al Solutions LLC operates its products, sets the prices, sells the subscriptions, and owns the customer relationship. Et al is also responsible for company-wide privacy, security governance, provider oversight, incident response, and customer communication.

01

How payment works

Et al Solutions LLC sells the subscription and owns the customer relationship. Customers enter payment details on a Stripe-hosted Checkout page. Stripe describes this integration as able to “securely collect and transmit payment information directly to Stripe without it passing through your servers.” Et al and ReviewNudge receive only the billing and transaction records needed to administer the subscription—not the complete card number or security code.

02

Privacy roles

Et al acts as a controller for account, billing, security, analytics, and support information, and as a processor when a customer directs a product to handle its business data.

03

Security program

We use layered technical and operational controls to reduce risk, detect problems, contain impact, and recover responsibly. No internet service can promise immunity from attack.

04

Provider oversight

We select service providers for defined operational purposes, limit the information shared to what the work requires, and publish the current provider list.

Security controls

Defense in layers, described without theater.

The exact controls vary by product and risk. These are the controls currently used by ReviewNudge and the shared operating foundation beneath it.

Accounts and access

Access starts with identity.

  • Passwords are hashed rather than stored in readable form.
  • Sessions use random identifiers and secure browser-cookie settings in production.
  • Email verification, passkeys, rate limits, and human checks protect sensitive account paths.
  • Administrative and service credentials are kept outside public source code.
Application and data

Workspaces are kept apart.

  • Requests are authorized against the signed-in account and workspace.
  • ReviewNudge stores each workspace in a separate PostgreSQL schema.
  • Encrypted transport is used for supported production connections.
  • Security headers, signed provider requests, logging, and abuse controls reduce common attack paths.
Operations

Failures are expected and contained.

  • Health and readiness checks distinguish a running process from a service ready to work.
  • Queued inbound processing reduces loss and duplicate handling during interruptions.
  • Deployment, configuration, and secret handling follow repeatable environment-specific controls.
  • Security testing and dependency maintenance are part of the operating cycle.
Incidents

Investigate, contain, recover, communicate.

  • Operational records support investigation and recovery.
  • Potential incidents are evaluated for scope, affected information, likely impact, and required action.
  • Customers are notified when law, contract, or the circumstances require it.
  • Reports can be sent to security@etal.solutions without including passwords or sensitive data.

Product details

How ReviewNudge handles information.

ReviewNudge is a product and service of Et al Solutions LLC—not a separate company. The following describes the product-specific data path.

Account and workspace
Owner identity, authentication records, business name, workspace settings, review destination, subscription state, and product preferences.
Customer contacts
Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, service details, communication preferences, and status entered by the ReviewNudge customer.
Email delivery
Recipient address, sender details, subject, message content, provider identifiers, and delivery events are sent through Resend and recorded for history, troubleshooting, and suppression.
Review matching
ReviewNudge may retrieve public review information from a configured provider and compare it with the customer queue. Ambiguous matches require confirmation.
Support
The authoritative conversation stays in ReviewNudge. Slack may receive a notification containing the message, business/workspace reference, conversation reference, origin, and a signed, expiring account-context link.
Deletion and retention
Account deletion removes the active ReviewNudge workspace and its product data. Limited records may remain where needed for security, suppression, transactions, backups, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Availability and support

Service operations and support.

Et al Solutions LLC uses managed infrastructure, independent multi-region availability monitoring, application readiness checks, queued processing, operational logging, backups, and repeatable deployment practices to support service continuity and recovery.

Availability

Monitoring and service commitments

Independent checks monitor the ReviewNudge application, sign-in path, and readiness endpoint from multiple geographic regions. Failures affecting at least two regions generate an operational alert. Et al does not currently publish a ReviewNudge uptime SLA or public status dashboard. Any service commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement.

Support and issues

Controlled issue management

Support requests originate through the applicable product channel. When engineering work is required, Et al may create a sanitized record in a private GitHub repository. Credentials, complete payment-card data, customer lists, and raw support transcripts are excluded from such records.

Feature requests

Governed product consideration

Feature requests may be submitted through support. When a request warrants product consideration, Et al records the business need, intended result, expected impact, and acceptance criteria in private issue tracking.

Recovery

Documented recovery commitments

Et al uses provider and application recovery capabilities. Et al does not publish a recovery point objective or recovery time objective unless the commitment has been verified and documented for the applicable service.

Policies and documents

These documents govern or explain the applicable responsibilities. Product policies apply alongside the company-wide privacy and data-processing documents.
